Rent Payments

Rent is due on the first day of each month and may be dropped off in our drop box or can be mailed.  Please keep in mind, that rent must be received by the 1st of each month. 

Please make sure you:

• Write your rental address in the remarks section of your check (lower left).

• Rent paid by someone else?  If so, please make sure they write your name and the rental address on the check.

• Put your check(s) in an envelope with your rental address written on the front.

• Put all rent checks from your house/apartment from all tenants in one envelope (4 tenants/roommates = 4 checks).

Rent Drop Box

Rent may be deposited in our drop box per the instructions in your lease agreement.  Please contact us for directions. 

Cash Rent Payments

If you plan to pay in cash please contact us by phone or text message, 706-202-5156, to provide a receipt.

Please make sure that rental payments are mailed early enough to arrive no later than the 1st of the month.

Late Fees

Rent is due the 1st of the month. 

Delinquent Rent Payments: Late charges are outlined in your lease agreement.
